When you submit our quote form we collect the information you provide so we can prepare a quote and follow up:

We also automatically log basic technical information with each submission — the page you submitted from and your browser's user agent string — to help us troubleshoot the form and reduce spam. Standard server access logs may be retained by our hosting provider.

• To respond to your quote request and answer questions
• To schedule delivery, installation, or a site visit
• To follow up about your project if needed

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing campaigns. The only emails our system sends are internal notifications to our team when you submit a quote.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and respond to you:

• Our website host and database provider, used to store quote requests securely.
• Our email delivery provider, used only to send internal team notifications from notify.etxshelters.com.
• Building manufacturers and installers we partner with, when needed to fulfill your specific quote.

We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

How the site is protected

We rely on the controls our hosting and database platform provides, and we configure the application to follow common-sense practices:

• The site is served over HTTPS so traffic between your browser and our server is encrypted in transit.
• Quote submissions are stored in a managed database with row-level access controls; only our backend service can read them.
• Internal notification emails are sent through a verified sending domain (notify.etxshelters.com) with standard authentication records.
• Administrative credentials are kept in a secrets manager and are not exposed to the website front-end.

Security is a shared responsibility — we take reasonable steps on our side, but no website can be guaranteed 100% secure. Please use a strong, unique password if you ever sign in to a related account, and contact us right away if you believe something is wrong.

Cookies & analytics

The site uses a small number of essential cookies and basic analytics so we can understand which pages are useful and fix problems. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles about you across other sites.

How long we keep it

We keep quote-request records for as long as we may reasonably need them to follow up, fulfill an order, or comply with our records obligations. If you'd like us to delete your information, contact us at the address below and we'll take care of it.

Your choices

• You can ask us to stop contacting you about a project.
