How long does delivery take?

In-stock buildings typically deliver in 7–14 days. Custom-built portable buildings take 3–6 weeks. Metal buildings are usually installed within 4–8 weeks of order, depending on your size and engineering requirements.

Absolutely. Choose your size, siding, roof color, doors, windows, lofts, porches, insulation, electrical packages, and more. Our metal buildings can be ordered as wind- and snow-certified for your county.

Permit requirements vary by city and county. Inside Tyler city limits, structures over 200 sq ft generally require a permit. In unincorporated Smith County, portable buildings under 200 sq ft typically do not require one. We always recommend confirming with your local building department.
